To ensure success, we have developed a New Hire Orientation Day to help successfully integrate new employees. In addition, we deliver workshops on our product lines and corporate philosophy to promote overall growth and mobility. We are continuously expanding our employee talent pool by recruiting more individuals and allowing for a flexible career track movement.

Promoting Health

Your health is important to us. At CSA we provide a competitive benefits package that empowers people with the tools to effectively manage their health care. Our health and wellness benefits include: medical, prescription, dental and vision benefits to all employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Covered medical benefits include hospital room and board, outpatient services, preventative services and prescription drug discounts. Covered dental benefits include routine exams, dental x-rays, oral surgery and orthodontics for dependents under age 19 (25 for full-time students). Covered vision benefits include comprehensive vision exams and discounts on lens, frames and contacts lenses.

In addition, we provide our employees the benefit of an Employee Assistance Program. The EAP provides confidential, professional assistance for a wide range of personal matters, such as: parenting/family, marital relationships, workplace issues, etc. We also sponsor annual on-site Wellness Days to provide accurate, affordable and convenient health and wellness services to our employees.

Taking Time Off

CSA's leave policy and innovative environment are designed to help you meet these needs. Employees accrue time on a bi-weekly basis. During your first year you will accrue 2 weeks of vacation time. You will also be eligible for additional personal days based on length of service. Sick leave also accrues on a bi-weekly basis and continues to grow throughout your tenure at CSA.

At CSA our 401(k) plan is a great vehicle to save money for your future. Our plan takes advantage of pre-tax contributions to allow you to save for your retirement and save on your taxes today. In addition to your contributions, CSA makes biweekly contributions. You are 100% vested in our plan after one year of continuous service.
