The National Council for Science and the Environment (NCSE) and CSA have joined forces to offer a nonpartisan, educational Web site for the discussion of environmental policy and compliance issues.

Throughout the year, different issues of major concern to the environmental community are presented. Topics are based upon Congressional Research Service (CRS) Reports and supported by a bibliography of recent key citations and abstracts taken from CSA Illumina and Selected Web Sites from CSA's Web Resources Related to Natural Sciences Database.

All previous presentations are archived and remain browsable.

The Congressional Research Service is an arm of the Library of Congress and is no way affiliated with the NCSE, CSA or any other organization.
