Boe Horton Appointed General Manager and COO of CSA

Continues Legacy of Customer Focused Growth

BETHESDA, Maryland, USA (23 November 2005) -- CSA announces the appointment of Boe Horton to the position of Chief Operating Officer and General Manager. Mr. Horton will direct the sales, marketing and editorial divisions of CSA and oversee the Ulrich's product line. He will report directly to Matt Dunie, the President of CSA.

Mr. Horton was most recently the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Library Division of CSA's sister company, RR Bowker. After attending Hudson Valley College in New York and The University of Wisconsin where he studied engineering, physics and mathematics, Mr. Horton earned an M.B.A. from Kingston University in London. He has spent more than 16 years in the information industry and brings extensive international experience to the organization having lived and worked in The Netherlands and the U.K. for more than a decade.
