MLA International Bibliography Now Available Through CSA

BETHESDA, Maryland, USA (11 November 2004) -- The MLA International Bibliography, one of the premier research tools for all areas of languages, literatures, folklore, and linguistics, is now available through the CSA platform.

“The MLA International Bibliography vitally enhances the resources available from CSA in the humanities,” said Matt Dunie, president of CSA. “It is the most respected database in its field produced by the premier organization dedicated to the study of modern language, its teaching and its application.”

The MLA International Bibliography provides more than 1.6 million records with backfiles to 1963. It is produced by the Modern Language Association (MLA), dedicated to the study and teaching of language and literature. The database is compiled by the staff of the MLA Office of Bibliographic Information Services with the cooperation of more than 100 contributing bibliographers in the United States and abroad. Subscription to the MLA International Bibliography also includes access to the MLA Directory of Periodicals database.
